Hoping for a LOT of revisions tonight!! Define the face more to match your reference. Make sure each object is a separate subtool.
For sculpting cloth: Think about where the folds should be. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_s6Ud0LizdQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cNElLjyH078 Use the lasso mask to make triangle masking and then iflate and move the folds over that. Think about the contact points that muscles make against cloth and drape the folds from there.
For sculpting hair: 1. Clay tubes for volume 2. slash 2 brush to cut up volume 3. small rake brush to make hair strands. Use lazy mouse (L) and repeat stroke (1) for all three steps to get more control.
OK start but the clothes / hat / shirt / shoes all need to be separate subtools!
